What is Barre?

Barre is a workout inspired by ballet that incorporates dance, Pilates, and strength training. The exercises are typically done using a barre, but can also be done on a mat with resistance bands, exercise balls, hand weights and sliders..

Why Barre?

It's a full-body workout that can improve your strength, flexibility, balance, and posture. It's also a low-impact workout that's suitable for people of all fitness levels, and can be a fun and engaging way to stay active.

It is also suitable for pregnant clients both pre & post - natal with suitable clearance their GP/Midwife.
